About The Author
30 years inside the rooms where careers are decided
Elester Williams is a seasoned corporate executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning operations, logistics, supply chain, human resources, labor relations, safety, workers’ compensation, and organizational development.
Across three decades as an executive, leader, and mentor, he has sat on both sides of the promotion conversation — deciding who moves up, and coaching those who felt stuck. That vantage point is the foundation of his book, Surviving & Succeeding in Corporate America, and of the consulting work he now leads through HR Solution Focused Consulting, LLC.
He works with businesses of every size to build the people practices — from labor relations to organizational development — that determine whether an organization’s talent actually thrives.
